Tender description

Pelican Procurement Services Ltd. acts as a Purchasing Agent for Surrey County Council, who delegate the responsibility of purchasing food and food related products to Pelican Procurement Services to prepare, evaluate and make recommendations for awarding of contracts on their behalf. It is Pelican Procurement Services’ duty to manage the tender process, recommend the award of the contract, and to manage all purchasing and quality standards after the contract award.
