The scope of works to be carried out in Thomond Village comprises supply and installation of kitchen and living room loose furniture items, curtains and electrical goods. The apartments in Thomond Village will be refurbished on a phased basis over the Summers of 2017 and 2018. Approximately 50% of the houses will be refurbished in each phase and furniture deliveries will be required to meet this programme.
