Tender description

The Council is seeking a joint venture with a housing provider and potential funding for the acquisition off around 600 new properties for the provision of homelessness (or discharge of duty). The proposed format for the properties are: — 80 % 2 bed, — 10 % 1 bed, and — 10 % 3 bed. These are to be situated around the LBB Local Authority area, but maybe within Surrey, Kent or Sussex as appropriate and envisages a joint partnership between LBB, a housing provider and potential funding organisations. As such, this PIN does not formally signify the beginning of a procurement process and does not constitute commitment to undertake a procurement exercise. In the event that the London Borough of Bromley decides to commence formally procurement pursuant to this PIN a separate OJEU Contract Notice will be issued. This PIN is to gather information on interest around this area of activity and partnership arrangements with the Council.
