Fire-stopping works at Piper Close, Caledonian Rd and Cottage Rd

Tender description

Fire-stopping works to all communal areas of the 12 blocks of the scheme and including plant rooms, intake rooms, bin stores (where applicable), riser cupboards, smoke vents and above suspended ceilings. This is to be supplied, installed and certified wherever missing or deficient, or correctly replaced where previously installed below accepted current fire safety standards. This includes gaps, voids and penetrations to cables, wires, pipes, building structure materials etc. to correctly maintain the level of 'compartmentation' required for these blocks. These are to be completed, wherever needed, using fire rated batt, mastics and collars as supplied by the Contractor.
