Tender description

Repair and maintenance works to existing roofs, brickwork, windows and lifts, provision of new entrance area on the ground floor between the blocks, provision of 4 Nº. new infill dwellings on the 1st to 4th floors between the blocks and provision of 9 Nº. new dwellings constructed on the roofs of both blocks. The City of London has received Planning permission from the London Borough of Southwark on 1.4.2014 to construct 13 new flats (4 1 bed, 7 2 bedroom and 2 3 bedroom). The work will also include roof repair and window replacement. The existing blocks consist of 65 flats of which 15 are held under long leases.
