Wadebridge School - Junior Kitchen and Dining Room Refurbishment

Tender description

The scheme comprises the complete internal refurbishment of the single storey Junior Kitchen and Dining Room at Wadebridge School, Cornwall. The works generally comprise of the following: a) The design, supply and installation of a replacement extraction canopy and ducting to the kitchen area. b) Replacement LED lighting. c) Upgrading of fire compartmentatilisation. d) Rewire and replacement of associated fittings. e) Replacement of quarry tiles and vinyl flooring with safety flooring. f) Installation of 'whiterock' wall lining system to kitchen and store. g) Replacement fan convector heaters. h) Supply and installation of new catering equipment and appliances reusing some equipment and appliances within a revised layout and servery. i) Alterations and replacements to existing hot and cold supply pipework. j) Replacement suspended ceilings to kitchen area and repair of existing suspended ceilings to dining room.
