Project Indigo Green - Contract 2

Tender description

The contract shall include all work necessary for the design, construction, testing and commissioning of the Works. The principal elements of the contract include : • Approximately 2,170m of minimum 395mm internal diameter trunk main • Approximately 2,080m of minimum 311mm internal diameter trunk main • Approximately 125m of 2 No. 492mm internal diameter trunk watermain and 143m of single 315mm internal diameter gas main trenchless motorway crossings • Approximately 460m of 492mm internal diameter trunk main • Approximately 4,250m of 122mm ID foul rising main • Approximately 2,135m of minimum 315mm internal diameter gas supply main • Associated pipework including valves, meters, chambers, fittings, connections, etc. • Connections to live watermains, gas mains & foul sewers • A new water pumping station and demolition of an existing water pumping station • M&E Works associated with design, supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of Pumping Stations, Pressure Reducing Valves, Level Measurement, Flow Measurement, Telemetry, ESB Power, Control, SCADA, etc. • All associated site clearance and reinstatement works • The design, testing and commissioning of all of the above elements and any other work necessary to meet the requirements of the Scope • Undertake the roles of the Project Supervisor Design Phase (PSDP) and Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS). • Works within the Motorway Maintenance and Renewals Contract (MMaRC) boundary.
