The scope of the works involves: 1. The removal of existing flooring and renewing finishes in the communal corridors, stairs, kitchens and toilets. 2. Re-decoration of the communal corridors, stairs, kitchens and toilets. 3. Re-decoration of the external rendering, woodwork and metal work. The Council advises all potential suppliers to fully acquaint themselves with the site conditions and scope of the works required. Deadline for clarification questions by Bidders (Clarification Deadline) - 29th June 2018 5. Council to respond to clarification questions - 6th July 2018 6. Deadline for submission of ITT Responses by potential suppliers (Tender Response Deadline) - 1700 hours on 20th July 2018 7. Evaluation - Week commencing 23rd July 2018 8. Awarded Decision (outcome of evaluation) - 3rd August 2018 9.
