Tender description

The Council is currently redesigning the delivery of its Property services. The Council wishes to consult with organisations with relevant experience of similar services. The purpose of the consultation is to seek the early views of the market on potential service delivery models that best align with the Council’s requirements. The consultation will assist the Council to identify preferred option(s) and help in the planning and conduct of the procurement procedure. Suppliers are invited to download an Information Pack from https://www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk. The completed questionnaire is to be returned via the portal by 12:00 noon on 11.6.2018. The Council may invite organisations that return the completed questionnaire to attend a meeting with the Council in Hereford to discuss the contents of the questionnaire. The Council intends to start a procurement process by issuing a Contract notice in late 2018 for a long-term (up to 8 years) strategic partnership with organisation (s) able to provide the required services from September 2019. The meetings are scheduled for week commencing 18.6.2018. The Council makes no guarantee that any organisation that returns a completed questionnaire will be invited to attending a meeting with the Council.
