Guinness Property maintain over 45,000 properties and carry out major works & refurbishment on behalf of The Guinness Partnership Limited. Supply Partners awarded to this framework will assist Guinness Property in completing a number of responsive works to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure works are carried out in line with customer appointments.. This Framework is split into a number of separate geographical areas for supply partners to bid for the provision of Responsive Repairs, contractors can bid for one or more of the following geographical areas: • North West (Greater Manchester, Salford, Rochdale, Blackburn, Oldham, Bury, Stockport, Macclesfield, Wigan, Bolton, Lancaster, Morecambe) • Yorkshire and the Humber (Sheffield, Doncaster, Barnsley, Rotherham, Wakefield, Leeds, Harrogate, Hull, Scunthorpe) • East Midlands (Derby, Nottingham, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, Hope Valley, High Peak) • West Midlands (Coventry, Redditch) • East of England (Essex, Colchester, Chelmsford, Braintree, Luton, Welwyn, Norwich) • Cheshire (Nantwich, Crewe, Chester) • South West (Bristol, Swindon, Wiltshire, Dorset, Plymouth, Cornwall) • South East (Milton Keynes, Northampton, Bedfordshire, Wycombe, Aylesbury,Havant, Chichester, Horsham, Brighton & Hove, Swindon, Wiltshire, Kent) The types of work will be split as below and suppliers will be asked to bid for the lots applicable to them with an uplift/discount against the Version 6 SOR codes; Lot 1 Groundworks Lot 2 Fencing & Gates Lot 3 Drainage Lot 4 Brickwork Lot 5 Masonry Lot 6 Roofing Lot 7 Carpentry & Joinery Lot 8 Windows PVCu / Composite Door Repairs Lot 9 Plasterwork & Finishes Lot 10 Wall and Floor, tile & Sheet Finishes Lot 11 Painting & Decorating Lot 12 Glazing Lot 13 Plumbing Lot 14 Heating, Gas Appliances and Installations Lot 15 Electrical Lot 16 Specialist Treatments Lot 17 Works from Height requiring an Aerial Platform Keywords: Repairs
