Tender description

The Highways Maintenance Services (HMS) and Minor Civil Engineering Works (MCEW) are standalone contracts. The estimated annual values of HMS is GBP 2 500 000 and MCEW is GBP 4 000 000 respectively. These Contracts are open to access for Local Authorities who have shown interest, each authority has up to the following to spend on the Contracts: HMS — GBP 250 000 P/A Per Borough MCEW - GBP 500 000 P/A Per Borough The authorities listed below have shown an interest: London Boroughs Of: Barnet, Hounslow, Harrow, Hammersmith and Fulham, Richmond, Wandsworth, Enfield, Haringey, Brent and Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, The estimated minimum value of HMS for 9 years (Ealing only) is GBP 22 500 000 The estimated maximum potential value of HMS for 9 years (including other Authorities) is GBP 45 000 000 The estimated minimum value of MCEW for 9 years (Ealing only) is GBP 36 000 000 The estimated maximum potential value of MCEW for 9 years (including other Authorities) is GBP 81 000 000. The Highways Maintenance Services 2017 contract will be covering the provision of routine and planned maintenance of highways, gully emptying, road marking, minor works to highway structures, out of hours highway emergency call out works and winter maintenance works within the London Borough of Ealing. Estimated Value for Ealing only is GBP 2 500 000 per annum Limit of spend for each Local Authority is GBP 250 000 per annum The estimated maximum potential value of HMS for 9 years (including other Authorities) is GBP 45 000 000. The Minor Civil Engineering Works 2017 contract covers a wide variety of footways and carriageways works arising from improvement to be made to highway networks within the London Borough of Ealing e.g. implementation of Urban Regeneration schemes, Traffic Management and Calming scheme, Controlled Parking Zone, Footway and Carriageway renewal etc. Estimated Value for Ealing only GBP 4 000 000 per annum Limit of spend for each Local Authority is GBP 500 000 per annum The estimated maximum potential value of MCEW for 9 years (including other Authorities) is GBP 81 000 000.
