Carry out reconfiguration and refurbishment of units 1 and 4B at the Boardman Business Park in Swadlincote. Works briefly comprise for Unit 1 demolition of part of the building; formation of two new external walls; the strip-out, structural alterations, relocation of mezzanine floor, fit-out of workshop and office areas, new internal walls to warehouse, mechanical and electrical installations/amendments, external works including new boundary fence, retaining wall and landscaping. Minimal works to Unit 4B comprise demolition of lean-to extension, formation of material bins and formation of chemical store in existing room. Keywords: building works, building refurbishment
