Tender description

YPO are looking for providers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement for the supply of Early Years Outdoor furniture for use primarily in Early Years settings, schools and other educational establishments. This framework is designed to allow YPO to meet the needs of all public sector organisations by establishing an agreement for providers to supply items on a direct basis whereby the end user places the order with YPO but the supplier delivers direct to the customer. The Framework Agreement will cover the period from 1.1.2018 — 31.12.2019 with 2 options to extend for an additional 12 months. The first decision to extend the contract period will be taken by the end of January 2019 and will be dependent on satisfactory completion of all aspects of the contract to date, the current market conditions for this category and YPO's contracting structures. The maximum contract period will therefore be 4 years, from 1.1.2018 to 31.12.2021 (subject to an annual review, incorporating price negotiations and KPI performance). The framework has an estimated value of between 2 000 000 and 3 000 000 GBP for the maximum life of the contract (4 years).
