The Contract for the supply and delivery of food provision. The Contract for the supply and delivery of food provision. The key objectives are: — the Authority requires a quality, cost-effective and flexible patient meals service which meets the desires and nutritional needs of our patients whilst contributing to and complimenting the clinical care they receive, — the Authority is keen to secure a long-term partnership with a suitable Contractor with the joint aim of developing and improving the catering and meals service provided to our patients, — the options of cook-chill and/or cook freeze meals at each of the units has been determined with careful consideration of the operational requirements together with finance and other resource considerations.
