Tender description

The framework agreement will be established on foot of an initial contract for the Restoration, Refurbishment and Extension to the existing Casino, an existing part-single, part 2-storey protected structure, to provide a publically accessible Model Railway Museum Building together with associated site works and drainage. It is intended that this competition will form a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for the provision of Works Contractors to carry out Heritage and Conservation Construction Works and Maintenance related activities to Monuments, Buildings, Structures, and Landscapes. These works will generally be related to works or maintenance on, adjoining or within the curtilage of national or historic monuments, protected structures, and heritage buildings or structures for a 4 year period. The majority of contracts issued under the framework will range from €500,000.00 to €1,000,000.00, however, a smaller volume of lager works between €1,000,000.0 to €5,000,000.00 are also expected.
