Tender description

The primary scope of commodities to be covered in the agreement is quick, affordable and tasty food and drink solutions which have a global and street food influence. Suppliers can provide both products and relevant service equipment as a total package; any equipment provided should be free on loan or lease basis. Ideally, suppliers should also be able to offer re-branding of existing catering sites to improve footfall and sales and work closely with the member in tailoring the site to meet their individual requirements. The requirement will be split by lot to include some or all of the food and drink needs and requirements listed below. Details on Lot will be confirmed in the contract notice. Innovative fast food concepts such as: Healthy e.g. Raw & vegan menus Oriental (Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean) Jamaican Mexican American Indian Middle Eastern Italian Spanish Bakery & Coffee Shop solutions Ice cream & gelato Waffle Bar etc Innovative Drinks Concepts and Systems (alcoholic, non alcoholic, hot and cold).
