Tender description
The purpose of this procurement process is to invite bids and appoint the Principal Contractor for Phase 3 of the Shelter Hall redevelopment and associated maintenance of the traffic management under the NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract 3rd Edition, Option A. It should be noted that the Council is finalising the funding for completion of this project and anticipate the funding element will be finalised by (December 2017) The council will not be in a position to award the contract until the funding has been confirmed.
