Repair and maintenance services of building installations

Tender description

The Contracting Authority proposes concluding a Framework Agreement for the provision of unplanned building maintenance services to a number of sites, accommodation units and facilities located throughout the Republic of Ireland Bus Éireann has a requirement for the following six service disciplines on an on-demand basis: Lot 1. Routine building modifications and maintenance Lot 2. Electrical services, supply, installation and maintenance Lot 3. Carpentry and joinery services Lot 4. Building heating and ventilation repair and maintenance services Lot 5 Plumbing services Lot 6. Painting and decorating services. These lots will then be sub divided again on a locations basis. The Bus Éireann operating locations are based in the following county areas: Louth, Cavan, Monaghan, Dublin, Meath Cork, Waterford, Wexford Kerry, Limerick, Clare, Tipperary Galway, Westmeath, Longford Donegal, Mayo, Sligo.
