Tender description

Refurbishment of the existing ground floor atrium of Fingal County Hall, Swords, with associated construction and fit out works to accommodate the new Fingal Customer Service Operation. The works include demolition works, erection of new stud/ glazed walls & doors, mechanical & electrical services works, installation of new public toilets & drainage, refurbishment of existing public toilet, provision of new IT equipment & services (hardware by others, data cabling by tenderer), supply and installation of bespoke furniture with integration of IT equipment and decoration works. Tenderers must demonstrate previous Fit-Out contract experience - qualification criteria for tender purposes apply.
