Waverley Borough Council (WBC) invites Expressions of Interest in relation to two separate contracts within Planned Maintenance Works, namely Kitchen and Bathroom Replacement Works and Window and Door Replacement Works. Waverley Borough Council (WBC) owns and manages approximately 5,000 properties within Waverley, Surrey. It is intended that the contracts will commence in April, 2019, and subject to reviews, run for a period of five years with the option for renewal, as decided by WBC, for an extension of up to a further five years. The maximum duration of the contracts is therefore ten years The annual estimated values of the contracts are as follows: Contract 1: Kitchen and Bathroom Replacement Works = £960,000.00 Contract 2: Window and Door Replacement Works = £300,000.00 This tender is to be completed electronically using the SE Shared Services Procurement eSourcing portal. https://www.sesharedservices.org.uk/esourcing/opportunities The SE Shared Services eSourcing portal provides a web-based tool that provides a simple, secure and efficient means for managing tendering and quotation activities reducing the time and effort required for both buyers and Potential Bidders.
