Tender description

Waverley Borough Council (WBC) invites Expressions of Interest in relation to two separate contracts within Planned Maintenance Works, namely Kitchen and Bathroom Replacement Works and Window and Door Replacement Works. It is intended that the contracts will commence in April, 2019, and subject to reviews, run for a period of five years with the option for renewal, as decided by WBC, for an extension of up to a further five years. The maximum duration of the contracts is therefore 10 years. The annual estimated values of the contracts are as follows: Lot 1: Kitchen and Bathroom Replacement Works = 960 000 GBP. Lot 2: Window and Door Replacement Works = 300 000 GBP.
