Tender opportunity for the demolition of an existing building and the construction and completion of a new Community Hall & Resource Centre. The proposed building comprises a single storey building with a gross internal floor area of approximate 550 m2 and comprises concrete strip and pad foundations with a ground bearing concrete floor slab, a portal steel frame, profiled metal roof cladding, a mixture of brickwork & rendered external walls, blockwork internal walls and partitions, aluminium windows and external doors, plumbing, mechanical and electrical installations, internal finishings and decoration. Associated works include the formation of new car parking areas, the installation of new below ground drainage systems and general external works within the site boundary
