Supply of Beverages for the Bars at Bingley Music Live Festival 1st, 2nd & 3rd September 2017

Tender description

The contract for the supply of ALL beverages will be on a 100% sale and return basis. The stock take for beverages transported to site shall be carried out on arrival and prior to vehicles leaving site. Reconciliation and crediting accounts shall be completed within 1 month following the end of the Festival. Any contracts awarded will cover the 2017 Festival but with the intention of extending this to cover the 2018 Festival subject to satisfactory performance of the contractor(s) during the 2017 Festival and additionally the event continuing in 2018. If the event does not run in 2018, any contracts will not be extended beyond the 2017 Festival. The total value of this tender is anticipated to be in the region of £100,000.00 per Festival. The successful Supplier(s) is expected to offer sponsorship (listing fee) as part of the contract. Successful suppliers will be expected to work with BML and their appointed agents to deliver the agreed requirements and timetable of the Festival including pre and post Festival activities. It is intended that the Contract will be implemented in July 2017 with the supply of beverages and install implemented for 1st, 2nd and 3rd September 2017. Keywords: Wine, Beer, Spirits
