One Leisure Huntingdon Upgrade

C/2017/155 Background 1. One leisure Huntingdon had a redevelopment 10 years ago, but has since outgrown the space provided for gym users. It has been identified via an independent company the need for an increased capacity gym with specific needs not being met by the current provision. The hospitality outlet is hindered by its location and the need to relocate to near the entrance of the building is desired. These improvement have taken place in other One leisure facilities and have been a great success. We are looking to replicate this success at One Leisure Huntingdon. Summary of the Requirement 2. The project will look to improve the facilities at One Leisure Huntingdon, particularly increasing the size of the gym by incorporating both floors to double the size of the area. This project will relocate the children's play area and hospitality outlet next to reception so it is visible and easily accessed by all customers.
