Tender description

Please note that YPO has decided to cancel and withdraw the tender for 000755 — The Supply of Residential Furniture, Soft Furnishings and Flooring due to issue with specifications for each lot. YPO will be making amendments to the tender and will be advertising it again shortly. We appreciate your interest in the tender and apologise for inconvenience caused. Within the framework lot 1 will be performed on the direct basis, whereby the end customer places the order with YPO and YPO places the order with the provider but the provider delivers direct to the end customer. Suppliers will be required to submit a specification for Lot 1. YPO reserve the right to split this contract between more or less providers if necessary. Within the framework lot 2 will be performed on the direct basis, whereby the end customer places the order with YPO and YPO places the order with the provider but the provider delivers direct to the end customer. Suppliers will be required to submit a specification for Lot 2. YPO reserve the right to split this contract between more or less providers if necessary. Within the framework lot 3 will be performed on the contractual basis, where the end of customer will place orders directly with the provider on a ‘contract’ basis and the provider will deliver direct to the end customer on an agreed basis. Suppliers will be required to submit a specification for lot 3 and it will be evaluated based on a room scenario. YPO reserve the right to split this contract between more or less providers if necessary.
