Tender description

YPO are looking for providers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement for the supply of Residential Furniture,Soft Furnishings and Flooring for use primarily in the Healthcare and Residential care market. This Framework is designed to allow YPO to meet the needs of all public sector organisations by establishing an agreement for providers to deliver to YPO customers on a direct basis whereby the end customer places the order with YPO and YPO places the order with the provider but the provider delivers direct to the end customer, and contractual basis where the end of customer will place orders directly with the provider on a ‘contract’ basis and the provider will deliver direct to the end customer on an agreed basis. Within the framework lot 1 will be performed on the direct basis, whereby the end customer places the order with YPO and YPO places the order with the provider but the provider delivers direct to the end customer. Suppliers will be required to submit a specification for Lot 1. YPO reserve the right to split this contract between more or less providers if necessary. Within the framework lot 2 will be performed on the direct basis, whereby the end customer places the order with YPO and YPO places the order with the provider but the provider delivers direct to the end customer. Suppliers will be required to submit a specification for Lot 2. YPO reserve the right to split this contract between more or less providers if necessary. Within the framework lot 3 will be performed on the contractual basis, where the end of customer will place orders directly with the provider on a ‘contract’ basis and the provider will deliver direct to the end customer on an agreed basis. Suppliers will be required to submit a specification for lot 3 and it will be evaluated based on a room scenario. YPO reserve the right to split this contract between more or less providers if necessary. Within the framework lot 4 will be performed on the direct basis, whereby the end customer places the order with YPO and YPO places the order with the provider but the provider delivers direct to the end customer. Suppliers will be required to submit a specification for Lot 4. YPO reserve the right to split this contract between more or less providers if necessary.
