Bradford Council is tendering for the supply of beverages for bars at Bingley Music Live (BML). The supply of beverages includes: — The supply of beverages listed in Pricing document submitted as part of your tender response. — Full technical install for the dispense of lager and cider from tankers to coolers to MDU's (main bar). — X2 refrigerated vehicles for the transportation and storage of beverages. — Supply of beer cups. — Supply of Bar staff T, shirts. — Listing fee in exchange for a sponsorship package as part of this agreement (see Sponsorship Rights). The contract for the supply of All beverages will be on a 100 % sale and return basis. The stock take for beverages transported to site shall be carried out on arrival and prior to vehicles leaving site. Reconciliation and crediting accounts shall be completed within 1 month following the end of the Festival.
