Tender description

Works on a Grade I Listed, Scheduled Ancient Monument. The works will include the conservation and repair of the existing stone walls at Hylton Castle, new construction of 3 floors, roofs, internal fitting out works and new utility connections. The new construction elements include the following accommodation; • Entrance lobby / welcome area • Café • Open plan spaces for historical interpretation • Public access toilets • Flexible use rooms • Stair / lift access to the upper levels • M&E installations • Ground Source Heat Pump
