Tender description

Coventry City Council is seeking to enter into a set of term contracts to engage the services of suitably experienced suppliers to carry out the provision of maintenance, repair and testing relating to the following construction work types: — General Build, — Decorations, — Ceilings and Partitions, — Flooring, — Wet Areas, — Roofing, — Hard Landscaping, — Fencing, — Structural Surveys. The services detailed above will be required in and around the City of Coventry. Coventry City Council. will require services to be provided at Coventry City Council properties and other 3rd party properties, such as school, academies, free schools, leisure centres, commercial offices and retail units. These works will occasionally be required at Plas Dol-y-Moch (North Wales). These are term contracts which means that there is no guarantee of value or volume throughout the life of this contract (all values are estimates). General Building Works — To carry out general building items at schools, industrial units, office blocks etc. Decorations — Works to undertake Decorations and associated works at schools, industrial units, office blocks etc. Ceilings and Partitions — Works to provide new Ceilings, Partition systems and associated fittings at schools, industrial units, office blocks etc. Flooring — The replacement of Flooring and associated fittings at schools, industrial units, office blocks etc. Wet Areas — To carry out building/Plumbing elements to wet areas at schools, industrial units, office blocks etc. Roofing — Works to pitched and flat roofing systems and associated flashings/fittings at schools, industrial units, office blocks etc. Hard Landscaping — Works to Hard surfaces and associated external works at schools, industrial units, office blocks etc. Fencing — Works to provide new Fencing and associated fittings at schools, industrial units, office blocks etc. .Structural Surveying — Provide a complete professional service, identify and resolve relatied issues in a competent and professional manner at Schools, industrial units, office blocks etc.
