Tender description

Submissions are invited from companies/organisations with expertise and capabilities relating to landfill development works including: Landfill cell development (13 500 m2 approx.); placement of Bentonite Enriched Soils (6 750 m3 approx.); and Landfill Capping works (>11h a). Works include: Cell Development: — Excavation of soils including peat and soft soils; — De-watering; — Placement of BES; — Placement of HDPE Landfill Lining; — Installation of Drainage and associated infrastructure. Landfill Capping: — Re-grading of existing Landfill; — Placement of Landfill Capping materials; — Sourcing, importation, stockpiling and processing of imported soils; — Installation of Landfill Gas Management Infrastructure; — Placement of Landfill Cap and Landscaping works. Works are planned to take place on a phased basis over approximately 4 years with sectional handover of works anticipated. This Contract will cover all phases of the proposed works.
