Tender description
This project involves the fit out of the second floor of an existing linen warehouse to provide modern office accommodation for a governmental client in the Linen quarter of Belfast City centre. Constructed in 1902, the existing six storey building is in a conservation area and is constructed in red facing brick with a sandstone plinth and is accessed via a central entrance door at street level. Each floor is served by a central core which houses lifts, a circular stair core and ancillary accommodation.
