Tender description

LPP are inviting applications from experienced suppliers of construction works to be appointed onto a national framework for construction works to provide high quality works and services to public sector organisations in England. The framework shall be open to the public sector including but not limited to: LPP member bodies as listed at: http://www.lpp.nhs.uk/about-lpp/our-members/ , and any additional new LPP members for the duration of the Framework Agreement, subject to the approval of LPP. The framework will be segregated into 70 lots; made up of 5 works categories (split into 2 financial bands each), and 7 regions. Individual contracts under the framework will be awarded via the mini competition process. Eligible Contracting Authorities will select a relevant lot to engage appointed suppliers for their contract, and invite all suppliers under that selected lot to bid for the works. Deliver works incorporating new builds, refurbishments, maintenance construction works, mechanical and electrical, demolitions, enabling works, and other general building works, in a variety of environments. Works valued between 500 000 GBP — 2 000 000 GBP. Lot 1A — London. Lot 1B — North East. Lot 1C — North West. Lot 1D — Midlands. Lot 1E — East of England. Lot 1F — South East. Lot 1G — South West. Deliver works incorporating new builds, refurbishments, maintenance construction works, mechanical and electrical, demolitions, enabling works, and other general building works, in a variety of environments. Works valued between 2 000 001 GBP — 5 000 000 GBP. Lot 2A — London. Lot 2B — North East. Lot 2C — North West. Lot 2D — Midlands. Lot 2E — East of England. Lot 2F — South East. Lot 2G — South West. Building works incorporating new builds, refurbishments, maintenance construction works, and fit-outs in healthcare, acute, and live environments, compliant to the Health Technical Memorandum. Works may be completed in environments where there is increased exposure to ‘at risk’ patients. Works valued between 500 000 GBP — 2 000 000 GBP. Lot 3A — London. Lot 3B — North East. Lot 3C — North West. Lot 3D — Midlands. Lot 3E — East of England. Lot 3F — South East. Lot 3G — South West. Building works incorporating new builds, refurbishments, maintenance construction works, and fit-outs in healthcare, acute, and live environments, compliant to the Health Technical Memorandum.
