Home Group is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to undertake the fit out works at our office premises located in Chelmsford. Steeple House, Church Lane, Chelmsford CM1 1NH The works include removal of partition walls to create a more open plan office together with redecoration and refurbishment of the office space. Due to commitments of other projects managed by the client, site handover to the contractor must be held on a Friday. Similarly the completed site must also be hand back to the client on a Friday. The onsite prestart meeting can, if required, be held on any day. The works are to be completed and returned to the client on Friday 22 April 2016.
