AWARDED Stevenage Borough Council is looking for competent contractors to tender for the refurbishment of lavatories within its office block Daneshill House in the towns centre. The new block building is comprised of five floors and is in full use. Toilet Refurbishments: - The proposed works is to refurbish 7 toilets on four floors in the new block of Daneshill House, replacing part of the panelling system and sanitaryware along with ceiling finish. Improving / replacing the lighting and heating. PLEASE NOTE: Site visits are mandatory. Tenders received from contractors who have not completed a site visit will be rejected. Visits should be arranged in the time tabled date range of 01/11/2016 - 04/11/2016 via correspondence. Please note the deadline for returns and allow sufficient time to make your return as late returns will not be permitted.
