Tender description

M&Y Maintenance and Construction, a wholly owned commercial subsidiary of Regenda Ltd, wish to establish a DPS for provision of sub-contractors to assist with the delivery of the services provided by M&Y including repairs, maintenance, refurbishment and construction. The DPS has been sub-divided into 49 categories; subcontractors can apply for one or more categories. It is intended that the DPS will run for an initial period of 10 years. Works will be required, predominantly, for individual or communal residential sites, but may also include individual, communal, commercial/industrial sites, sites of historical nature, or new building sites. All applicants who meet the standard selection criteria will be admitted to the DPS. There will be no minimum or maximum number of applicants qualifying per category. All contracts awarded via the DPS will be via a competitive tender procedure with qualified DPS contractors. Bathrooms for housing maintenance works including but not limited to installation of sanitaryware, plumbing and pipe replacement works. May include provision of design services. Supply and fit of blinds and other window coverings for example curtains for housing maintenance and construction works across both domestic and commercial properties. Bulk excavation, removal and disposal to support cut and fill to site levels across construction sites. Supply and fit of ceilings and partitions for housing maintenance and construction works to include but not limited to grid systems, suspended ceilings, timber partitions, metal partition systems and SFS across both domestic and commercial properties. Cladding systems for housing maintenance and construction works to include but limited to insulated and non-insulated cladding systems fixed internally and externally for domestic properties and construction. Insulation for housing maintenance works within tenanted properties to include but not limited to external wall insulation, loft insulation, internal solid wall insulation, cavity wall insulation, roof insulation, flat roof insulation and underfloor insulation. Cleaning services for housing maintenance works within social housing and private rented sector properties to include but not limited to domestic communal cleaning, commercial cleaning, specialist/environmental cleaning, window cleaning, brick cleaning and sparkle cleans. Core drilling and specialist cutting for housing maintenance and construction works to include but not limited to concrete cutting, diamond drilling and specialist cutting services. Damp proofing for housing maintenance and construction works to include but not limited to tanking, injection and waterproof rendering. Demolition of existing buildings and structures for housing maintenance and construction works including removal and disposal. Supply and installation adaptation equipment for housing maintenance and construction works to include but not limited to hoists, stairlifts and other specialist equipment. Disabled adaptations for housing maintenance works including but not limited to level access showers, bathroom adaptation works, door openers, joinery works, ramps, handrails, steps and pathways. Electrical compliance works for housing maintenance works including for not limited to installation, servicing and maintenance of fire alarms, smoke alarms, emergency lighting, air conditioning, ventilation, testing and CCTV. Electrical works for housing maintenance works to include but not limited to domestic and commercial rewires, upgrades and new installs, renewable technologies, vehicle charging points, street lighting and ICT infrastructure. Internal and external door installation for housing maintenance works to include but not limited to composite doors, timber doors, internal doors, internal entrance doors, communal entrance doors, roller doors and garage doors. Supply and/or install of fencing, gates and sheds for housing maintenance and construction works within in both domestic and commercial properties. Fire protection works for housing maintenance and construction works including but not limited to passive and active fire stopping. Flooring for housing maintenance works to include but not limited to preparation, screed, supply and install of vinyl, carpets and wet room flooring. General builder, brickwork and masonry works for construction works to include but not limited to brickwork, lintels, propping, screed, steel work, steel framing system, cavity wall tie replacements, structural building works and repairs, dry walling and stonework. May include provision of design services. Internal and external joinery works for housing maintenance works for domestic dwellings. Kitchen installation for housing maintenance works including but not limited to, installation of kitchens units, sinks and associated pipework. Mastic and sealant works for construction works within new building dwellings including internal and external. Metal work for housing maintenance and construction works to include but not limited to structural, non-structural and metal fabrications. Modular units and pods for construction works. Plant/machinery and site accommodation for housing maintenance and construction works to include but not limited to include operated and non-operated small and large plant, equipment and site accommodation. Painting, decorating and cyclical works for construction works to include internal and external works. Piling works for construction works. Plastering works for housing maintenance works to include but not limited to plastering, finishes and rendering. Plumbing and heating works for housing maintenance works to include but not limited to domestic plumbing, heating, rainwater goods and renewables. Pre cast concrete (supply and fit) for construction works. Ground remediation for construction works to include but not limited to treatment and / or removal of previously identified hazardous materials. Roofing and roofline works for housing maintenance works to include but not limited to repairs and renewals of flat roofing, tiles and slates, chimneys, lead work, rainwater goods, fascia, soffits and bargeboards. Safety equipment for construction works to include but not limited to man safe, cradle and hoists and fire safety. Scaffolding for housing maintenance and construction works to include but not limited to design, towers and fixed scaffolding. Signage for construction works to include but not limited to health and safety, corporate and bespoke signage. Site clearance, ground works and drainage works for housing maintenance works to include but not limited to below ground works, concrete, flagging, paving, camera survey, jetting, pipe clearance, septic tanks, repairs and new installations. Soft landscaping and gardening works for housing maintenance and construction works to include but not limited to gardening, landscaping, arborist, trees and tree surgeon services. Specialist works/services for housing maintenance and construction works to include but not limited to lightening protection, aerials and chimney sweep. Structural steel works for construction works to include but not limited to manufacture, supply, install of structural steel components, frames and systems. Tiling for housing maintenance and construction works to include but not limited to preparation, wall and floor tiling. Timber frame construction / components for construction works. Provision of works related to the installation and connection of utilities and services for construction works to include but not limited to water, gas, power and telecommunications. Windows installation for housing maintenance works to include but not limited to timber framed, aluminium frame, PVCu frame, glazing systems and curtain walling. Pest control services for housing maintenance and construction works to include but not limited to include removal and/ or eradication of wasp’s nests, rodents, lice and ants.
