Tender description

The Council wishes to purchase a range of building works under 3 Lots The Council is looking to appoint the following number of bidders for the respective lots for this Contract: Lot 1 Disabled Facility Grants and adaptations Lot 2 Handyperson Lot 3 Building works These Lots are exclusive; bidders are permitted to bid for one, two or all of the Lots in any combination. For example, a bidder may choose to bid for Lots 1 & 2 only or for Lots 1, and 3 etc. Please note the Council may choose to appoint the same bidder for more than one Lot depending on outcome of the ITT. The Council is committed to improving the lives of vulnerable residents within the borough including through the use of DFGs. DFG applicants have a variety of adaptation needs and the principal objective of this tender is to ensure that where works are required these are undertaken: — with the minimum disruption to the service users — in accordance with the councils specification — as promptly as possible and — represent value for money in accordance with the Council's Financial And Contract Rules.
