Remodel and re improvement of 94 nr ‘new’ dwellings. The significant element of work within all units will include: — Demolitions; — Internal Alterations; — Wall, Floor and Ceiling Finishes; — Door and Window Replacement; — Internal Decoration; — Kitchen Installations; — Bathroom Installations; — Mechanical Services Alterations; — Electrical Services Alterations; — Site and Environmental Improvement Works; — General essential remedial works to the existing building structure and fabric; — Execution of Employer's incumbent Tenant decant programme to facilitate ‘vacant possession’ of each Block/Phase. The Contractor should note that it is proposed that the estimated, overall 14 month programme of works will be executed over 3 separate phases, as follows: — Phase 1 (Existing Block ‘C’) — 9 nr new self-contained units; — Phase 2 (Existing Block ‘B’) — 40 nr new self-contained units; — Phase 3 (Existing Block ‘A’) — 45 nr new self-contained units.
