Framework for responsive day-to-day repairs, maintenance and voids for a number of Contracting Authorities. Day-to-Day property repairs, including but not restricted to: i. Brickwork ii. Carpentry & Joinery iii. Cleaning & Clearance iv. Disabled Adaptations & Minor Works v. Drainage vi. Electrical vii. Fencing and Gates viii. Foundations ix. Glazing x. Groundwork xi. Heating xii. Masonry xiii. Painting & Decorating xiv. Plasterwork & Other Finishes xv. Plumbing xvi. Roofing xvii. Specialist Treatments xviii. Wall & Floor Tile & Sheet Finishes b) Communal Repairs c) Empty Property Refurbishment (Void Works) d) 24 hour, 365 day Call out service e) Call Centre (optional) The Framework Agreement will govern the letting of the contracts for the works. Sub-ordinate contracts may be let throughout the life of the Framework Agreement, including during the final year and may last beyond the life of the Framework Agreement. Contractors are required to actively participate in the achievement of social and environmental objectives.
