Medway Council ('the Council') is seeking to procure the services of an experienced and suitably qualified Contractor to undertake the fabrication and installation of two (2) numbers of modular classrooms in Saxon Way Primary School. The Council is targeting to have awarded the contract no later than 20th January 2017 with a subsequent commencement date of 07th February 2017. The estimated value of the whole works is approximately £700K. The estimated Contract period will be for 5 Months. The scope of works for this project includes but not limited to project managing the: construction and fabrication of six new modular classrooms the works comprise of the remodelling and refurbishment of existing office, classroom and other associated accommodation preparation of the groundworks for installation of the modular classrooms Installation of the modular classrooms.
