Tender description

The Authority is looking for a single supplier to provide catering for working lunches at their Birmingham site. The Authority are looking for the following: -To provide sandwich working lunches when requested within a two day notice period. - Hot food is excluded from the contract. - Serving staff are excluded from the contract. - The specific menus for the sandwiches and other catering items are optional. The requirement is for catering including delivery of refreshments and sandwich working lunches to the Authority’s premises for Specialist Group meetings and forensic supplier workshops. The meetings are held on variable dates, typically once a month. The number of delegates is variable from four to eighty. The catering is required to be delivered to the building reception, for collection by the Authority’s staff, at a variable time, typically before 11:00 am for refreshments and before 12:30 pm for lunches.
