Tender description
Southwark is looking for a developer(s) in connection with its Southwark Regeneration Partnership Programme to provide development services for the provision of around 585 homes across 10 different sites in Southwark with an intended contract commencement around October 2017 starting on site early 2018. The council is seeking to enter into a development partnership agreement with the successful developer(s) whereby the Council will be looking to achieve at least 35 % affordable units with the developer retaining 65 % of the development units.
