Tender description

The NIHE is awarding 6 Contracts for Response Maintenance to NIHE property/land and other property/land where the NIHE requires works to be undertaken in accordance with its statutory duties. The Contractors may also be required to undertake ‘Discretionary Works’ as detailed in the ITT including consultancy services. The allocation of any ‘Discretionary Works’ is at the discretion of the NIHE. It must be noted that in addition to the provision of ‘Discretionary Works’ within this procurement it will be the NIHE's intention to award separate contracts for Planned Schemes Works [other than Works contained within the ‘Core Works’ of this procurement] on expiry of the NIHE's current contract arrangements on or before May 2018. Subject to the terms and conditions set out in the ITT and Lot Contract documents, each Lot Contract will be for a period of 4 years with options to extend each Lot Contract for 2 further periods of 36 months or part thereof. i.e. a maximum of 10 years.
