Tender description

RBH is relocating to an 11,000 sq ft office suite within Sandbrook House, Rochdale. The relocation is being taken as an opportunity to move to a second phase of what RBH calls Agile Working: a modern flexible approach to hot desking. We believe the days of desks sitting un-used whilst employees are on holiday or in meetings is not value for money. Therefore, we are adopting an environment where circa140-150 workstations are available to 210 employees.
