Provision of the Brompton Cemetery Conservation Works Project

Tender description

The Royal Parks has secured funding under the HLF and BIG Lotteries ‘Parks for People’ programme (with match funding) to invest in the Brompton Cemetery Conservation Project. This tender is an invitation to potential contractors who have the necessary skills, experience, knowledge, understanding, expertise and resources to fulfil an exciting contract covering four core areas within the cemetery. The successful contractor will be required to deliver a mix of heritage building refurbishment and restoration combined with high quality new-build facilities in this Grade 1 listed landscape. Works will be concentrating on and around the 19th century heritage features of the Chapel building, the Central Colonnades and Catacombs, the North Lodge buildings and the Western Catacombs.
