Tender description

The London Borough of Hillingdon (Hillingdon) invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors in relation to entering into an agreement (the Contract) to provide Disabled Adaptations and Essential Repair Grant Contract (the Service / Works) to enable the London Borough of Hillingdon to appoint 1 1-Contractor to enter into a comprehensive Occupational Therapy, Design and Build contract for a 3 3-year period with the option to extend for a further 1 1-year. The Contract is predominantly for a Disabled Adaptations Service based around the Occupational Therapy functional needs of our residents and the associated required home adaptation Works -the Project.
