Tender description

During the Antarctic summer there can be more than 250 scientists and support personnel stationed around the region. Everything they need to survive and work needs to be imported by air or sea. Those 50 or so who remain in Antarctica during the winter need adequate supplies for over 6 months of isolation. The provisioning requirement falls into 3 distinct categories: the storing of the Polar vessels, the annual re-supply of the Antarctic Stations and the provision of bonded stored to ships and stations.
