St Giles Special School FRA Works, Window Replacement and External Works

Tender description

A variety of improvement works are required at St Giles School; these briefly comprise of fire risk improvement works which include internal alterations, formation of external exits, along with associated external works to provide level landings, and external window replacement works. Externally, a new play area needs to be provided to the nursery, incorporating soft play surfacing and replacement fencing. The existing canopy is also to be refurbished. At the front of the school, new garages are to be provided to replace existing, along with a new bin store and associated landscaping works.
