Tender description

Colchester Borough Council require a suitably qualified contractor who can complete the required refurbishment/ remodelling works to the Ground Floor of Colchester Library. The works include (please note the following list is not exhaustive): (1) Demolition of a block partitions forming the meeting room adjacent to the Community Hub, (2) Suspended ceiling and lighting works, (3) replacement floor covering to the Ground Floor area, (4) alterations to electrical services and (5) the creation of a sensory area to the Ground floor.
