Tender Opportunity 1405/MR The University of Sheffield is seeking organisations with appropriate capacity and experience to undertake a prestigious project. The works included in this tender are those necessary to carry out the design, construction and fit-out works for the new “Heartspace” facility for the University of Sheffield. The works briefly consists of the complete refurbishment of two Victorian University buildings, Central Block and Sir Frederick Mappin building, along with the construction of a glazed roof structure over the existing courtyard to create the 'Heartspace'. The works are inclusive but not limited to, remedial works to the existing external envelope, the construction of two new multi-storey concrete structures in the courtyard, a full internal fit-out/decoration works and new mechanical and electrical services. This is an Restricted EU procurement procedure.
