Tender description
Somerset County Council’s Adults and Health Service has the lead responsibility for Safeguarding Adult enquiries under the Care Act 2014. Working closely with the Somerset Safeguarding Adults Board, the County Council is required to have sufficient numbers of adequately trained staff to carry out this work. SCC is looking for a company, who can provide; 1. A two day training course delivered to a maximum of 15 people 2. A one day refresher course for those who have attended the above, delivered to a maximum of 15 people Whilst we propose to deliver course 1, three times and course 2 eleven times between April 2016 and March 2018, the exact number of deliveries may vary with demand.
